In June 2018, the humanitarian wore a grey dress by Ralph & Russo to a ceremony at St. Paul’s Cathedral to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, of which Angelina was appointed an honorary Dame by the Queen.
