Police Officer Paid $31k To Quit Job After Colleagues Found Her Secret Only[f]ans Account

Melissa Williams, a former police officer, had quit her job of 28 years after she was shamed by her colleagues, who found out she has a side hustle in OnlyFans. The 46-year-old started her account in May 2020, to share spicy pictures of her and her husband to improve their bedroom intimacy.

The mom-of-two also finds posting things on the adult platform helps her to destress after a day of work as her job can be very stressful and even dangerous.

The mom-of-two from Colorado, however, quit her main job when her colleagues and boss were shaming her for her side job.

She shared on her Instagram account that she kept hidden from her workmates, “Being a police officer was my life’s dream from the age of 14.”

Melissa and her husband have been making a living out of creating content on the platform under the nickname Lexi Bella. She describes herself as a “milf and wife-next-door.”

But then her boss was told about her account by someone who found her out.

She later said that she received a complaint in her email from her colleagues who learned about her side job, “The complaint came totally out of the blue; I was in shock and panicking because I never wanted these two parts of my life to collide.”

“Then I was angry and embarrassed because the notice went on to say how five colleagues of mine – all in lower and higher ranks than me – had obtained access to my paid account to access my private content so they could investigate my conduct.”

“I didn’t feel that was professional or necessary. It felt like they all just wanted to see me naked. It felt like my bosses were policing my bedroom.”

She was signed off work for 12 weeks with her doctor’s permission due to anxiety and stress. She was also advised against returning back to her work. She received a total of $30,000 for her severance package.

Melissa has since focused on her OnlyFans account full-time and initially resented her colleagues.

“I feel like I can hold my head high. I’m still the same mum, the same neighbor, and person that I always was. I was a good cop too, but unfortunately, my private life appeared to have offended my bosses.”

“If you ask me, all of this could have been handled with a professional conversation. Instead I felt I was a really good police officer and felt pushed out of a really good career because of prudishness.”
